We were initially displeased with this office, after having paid out of pocket for a prescription (refraction) based on an eye exam the Knoxville office did and it being incorrect. However, after initially being informed that I would not be refunded nor would my payment be transferred to an outstanding balance I had with CCTH for a procedure, I received a call back and was informed the amount I had paid for the prescription would in fact be transferred to the outstanding balance for my office visit. I would consider returning to this office.

Dr. Jeffery Silbernagle is an excellent optometrist. He is very competent, provides through eye exams, and explains results with care and compassion. He and his staff provide top quality eye care. He is the EyeDoc next to Costco and like Costco, he provides quality at a reasonable cost.

Dr McMillin has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever been to. My grandfather had to have cataract surgery and was very nervous and his team went out of their way to make him feel comfortable. Dr McMillin even called him to make sure he was doing ok after his surgery. I highly recommend you see him for cataract surgery.

I was very skeptical of having this surgery. I met with Rebekah and she went through everything in full detail with me.... She answered all of my questions and told me what to expect, price, and the next steps. I didnt feel pressured and I felt very well educated on the procedure when I left the consultation. My wife was also present and she felt as though we were more than just a paying customer. We felt good about it. We then went for a pre-op appointment with Dr. Campbell! He is amazing! Very smart and answered all questions I had. I felt very confident to let him do my surgery. I had the surgery yesterday! So far so good! I had zero complications with anything abnormal but a little bit of halos around lights (which he told me would be normal and will go away on its own). I have no complaints or problems. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Im so happy I chose to let him do the surgery! Im so pleased. This is literally a life changing decision.
