I was nervous at 1st but I just happened to pick doctor McMillan and after meeting him he was awesome. He came into the office introduced himself shook your hand he listen to you he snswered your questions he maid sure you understood everything . He didnt treat you like most doctors youre not just a number youre a person with doctor Jake mcmillin I wouldnt go to anybody else. he did my right eye cataract surgery and now hes fixing to do my left eye I wont allow anybody else to touch my eyes if I ever need anything else he will be the doctor I see and I want to give a shout out to his wonderful staff miss Tiffany capital T for trouble and then miss Hannah shes a sweetheart as well any questions I had they answered or theyd find it for you top notch in my book I never had in all of all the surgeries Ive had done in my life time I never had a doctor call me the day of surgery in ask me if I was OK he is top notch in my book and I will tell everybody I can about him he truly cares about his patients youre not a number with doctor McMillin thank you doctor McMilli and your team because I was a total blur when I come to you now I can see better now than I have in 47 years I cant thank you enough I wish there were more like you thank you and God-bless you in your practice. My husband was about to loose his cornea due to intropion and from the surgery from Dr Taylor and the cornea care of Dr McMillin, his eye is healing. Not sure about the long term outcome, but hopeful that there will be small amount of scaring. At least he is not in horrid pain as before and I feel like he is in good hands and that they will do all that is possible to take care of him.

I was referred to the office with a severe eye infection and was seen the following day. Staff and nurses were so nice and the wait time wasnt extremely long. Dr Haun was great and unfortunately only seen him once. I believe it was Dr. Campbell on the 2nd visit and he was not so gentle and understanding of the pain I was in. Then I have since been working with Dr. McMillan on clearing up this nasty infection and by far hes the best one Ive seen. He really cares about his patients and how they are feeling, especially in such a sensitive situation as my eye and future issues.

I was referred to the practice that Dr. McMillan works with for a badly infected cornea. I seen 2 drs before being scheduled with him and by far hes the best one yet. Hes very knowledgeable and has went through hoops in making sure that my potential very serious infection was kept under control and that I was seen at least every 24-48 hours. He made it cheaper and easier for me to get the certain eye drops I needed and were still on the road to recovery . I highly recommend Dr. McMillan.

We were initially displeased with this office, after having paid out of pocket for a prescription (refraction) based on an eye exam the Knoxville office did and it being incorrect. However, after initially being informed that I would not be refunded nor would my payment be transferred to an outstanding balance I had with CCTH for a procedure, I received a call back and was informed the amount I had paid for the prescription would in fact be transferred to the outstanding balance for my office visit. I would consider returning to this office.
