I recently had a routine eye exam, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and at ease. The staff greeted me with a friendly smile and assisted with the check-in process, even offering coffee and wateran uncommon but much-appreciated touch. My nurse, Destiny, was exceptionally kind and took her time with the examination, making sure I was comfortable throughout. This visit also introduced me to a new doctor who immediately put me at ease, as if we had known each other for years. Overall, it was a fantastic visit, marked by excellent service and genuine care.
