The staff and the doctor were really great. I was impressed with the fella that did my eye exam at the start. He made it really easy to go through the process. The only thing I dont like is redoing the paperwork every time I come in. Especially when nothing has changed. Its a hassle. It also increases the chances of mistakes to be made by a staff member or even myself. Thanks for listening and taking care of my eyes.

The care you receive is excellent. Dr. Billingsley is very competent. My only complaint is that everyone in the office seems to be in a big hurry-doing their tasks just as fast as possible. Sometimes things are missed and explanations are given so quickly they are unclear.
