This location is wonderful the employees are pleasant friendly & prompt. They made me feel comfortable and they seem to care about you as a patient love this place

Andes is a participating provider with my vision insurance so I went to look at frames. Greeted by nice female receptionist who is so helpful picking frames. The optician, Mark, is so nice and is also happy to help in anyway. He looked up frames to see about other colors and styles. He fixed my current glasses that were messed up. Although I left without buying new glasses, it is only bc I am waiting for my insur to clear up a mistake with my frame coverage. Customer service is a 10/10 for Mark and receptionist!
