They run their appointments on time consistently, professional and friendly staff, and Dr. Sollenberger is willing to take the time to fully explain his findings and recommended actions. Highly recommend.

From the assistants to the optometrist, absolutely wonderful experience. Front desk attendant needs some redirection. She is rude, never smiles and doesnt have the welcoming personality that is needed for a business office. If you are greeting people, you need to have a smile and welcome your customers. Honestly, I was considering switching to someone else because of this.

A completely knowledgeable and super friendly staff with the exception of the receptionist ( she was rude and like to talk down to people). I will not let her behavior and/or attitude keep me from returning here! The rest of the staff and doctor were so friendly, helpful and kind! Absolutely will be back!!!
